Our Online Coaching services can help a large range of people achieve their best. Our Health & Athlete coaches plan out a progressive build of workouts / physical activity for you. The coaches take into account your past health history, current fitness levels, health and fitness goals, availability of time, and resources you have access to.
Your weekly program will be displayed in the webpage and phone application Training Peaks each week. The following weeks training schedule is planned out in response to data and feedback from the current weeks exercise regime that you have uploaded.
Health Coach: It can be quite hard to stay motivated with complex health conditions and have the confidence or know how, to progress your weekly exercise schedule. Our Health Coaches help you make small steps in the right direction. We want you to move your health forwards and have a better quality of life.
Athlete Coach: Quite often athletes, amatuer or advanced struggle to plan out their training schedule and unfortuantley this often is reflected in a number of ways: inconcistent training, poor or plateau of performances, injuries, too much same same and a lack of specific and quality workouts. Our Athlete Coaches make personalised plans for you to reach your goals, whether it be a faster park run or winning an ultramarathon, we can help.

Corrie Johnstone has been a Triathlon Australia Accredited Development Coach since 2013 and is currently completing her candidacy for the Performance Coach accreditation. Corrie additionally holds Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness. She has extensive experience in coaching beginner to advanced athletes to multiple personal bests, age group podiums, and World Championship qualification in both Ironman and Ironman 70.3 distances.
A triathlete herself for 4 years, Corrie has personal experience racing various distances of triathlon and has completed eight 70.3 distance triathlons with a number of top 10 age group results, as well placing 3rd in the Overall Pursuit Sprint Series 25-29F in the 2014/2015 season. She is currently an A grade female cyclist in WA, placed 2nd in the State Open/Elite Road Race Championship in 2017, was 1st Female at the ATTA 2018 Hill Climb Championship and Overall Female Winner of the Goldfields Cyclassic 2018.
Maddy is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and has both a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Bachelor of Exercise Physiology degree. Maddy is driven to deliver a personalised and a high level of support approach to help achieve optimal recovery and rehabilitation. Maddy has an invested focus in the areas of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain and other chronic illnesses that require a higher level of monitoring and gradual activity progression.
Maddy listens and understands the barriers to exercising with a chronic health condition and provides a holistic approach to recovery and rehabilitation. This is built upon a personal experience with the diagnosis and recovery of a chronic illness, witnessing firsthand the benefits of tailored exercise prescription and being active. Maddy also helps you adopt small changes that can make a big difference.
She has also facilitated a variety of health initiatives within the WA mining sector, as she is also very passionate about people adopting preventative health and lifestyle choices and avoiding chronic health conditions where possible.
