Meet the team

Our Online Coaching services can help a large range of people achieve their best. Our athlete coaches plan out a progressive build of workouts / physical activity for you.  The coaches take into account your past health history, current fitness levels, health and fitness goals, availability of time, and resources you have access to.

Your weekly program will be displayed in the webpage and phone application Training Peaks each week. The following weeks training schedule is planned out in response to data and feedback from the current weeks exercise regime that you have uploaded.

Athlete Coach: Quite often athletes, amateur or advanced struggle to plan out their training schedule and unfortunately this often is reflected in a number of ways: inconsistent training, poor or plateau of performances, injuries, too much same and a lack of specific and quality workouts.  Our Athlete Coaches make personalised plans for you to reach your goals, whether it be a faster park run or winning an ultramarathon, we can help.
